Returns & Refunds Policy
At Little Bee Soap Co., we take pride in our handmade, natural products. We want you to love your purchase, but please note that due to the nature of our soaps, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons once opened.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at littlebeesoap.co. We will ask for a photo of the issue and, once verified, offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of the return being received.

Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. Replacement soaps can be considered for gift packs before being sent to customers.

All returns must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition (unless faulty).
